These HO Scale Kadee/Bettendorf T-Section fully sprung metal trucks come with Whisker(R) Couplers. They feature Code 110 (.110) 33 ribbed-back RP-25 wheels and are part #380-512. They can be mounted with a #2 or 2-56 screw. Introduced in 1903, the Bettendorf T-Section truck with a one-piece cast sideframe was popular for general service until the 1920s, similar to the Andrews truck. The trucks have ready-to-mount metal Whisker® Couplers, accurate markings, and incredible detail true to the prototype. They also have non-magnetic metal wheels, highly flexible sprung trucks, metal side frames, and a fully sprung bolster. The smooth-tracking, free-rolling contoured insulated axles ensure great performance.

Using these trucks is easy. First, make sure you have a #2 or 2-56 screw to mount them. Simply attach the trucks to your model using the screw. When handling, be careful not to damage the delicate parts like the couplers. For maintenance, keep the trucks clean from dust and debris. You can use a soft brush to gently clean the wheels and side frames. Check the springs regularly to ensure they are flexible and in good condition. If the trucks seem to have trouble rolling smoothly, you can lightly lubricate the axles with a small amount of model train lubricant. Store the trucks in a dry place to prevent rusting.
