The Walthers 942-142 Edge Connector is designed to simplify the conversion of your existing Tortoise Switch Machine. It features plug-and-play wiring for the Tortoise Switch Machine (sold separately). It also includes a 6' (15.2cm) motor connection cable with a plug for direct connection to the Stall Motor Controller 942-161 (sold separately). The Walthers Layout Control System offers a low-cost solution for easy turnout control in HO, N, Z, S, and O Scale layouts. It's expandable, works with DCC- or DC-power, and uses plug-and-play servo-style wiring with connectors, so no soldering is required. There are two styles of cables available separately for wiring expansion. All items come with user-friendly instructions and appropriate drilling templates for easy mounting on your layout or fascia. With system components like a servo-based slow-motion Switch Machine, Power Distribution Block, LED panel indicator/control pushbutton switches, add-on system cabling, a 2-amp 12V Filtered DC Power Supply, and a three-piece drill set, you can easily build a complete control system.

Using this Walthers Edge Connector is a breeze. First, make sure you have your Tortoise Switch Machine and Stall Motor Controller 942-161 (both sold separately). Connect the plug-and-play wiring to the Tortoise Switch Machine. Then, use the 6' motor connection cable with the plug to connect it directly to the Stall Motor Controller. When setting up the Walthers Layout Control System, choose the right components based on your layout scale (HO, N, Z, S, or O). Expand the system as your layout grows by adding the available cables.
